The Michigan Institute of Real Estate is an approved participant of the "No Worker Left Behind" program. This program provides up to $10,000 in FREE tuition to educate and train Michigan unemployed or under-employed residents. You can enroll for our 60-hour prelicensure courses and receive free tuition, books and exam preparation. Within 60 days of taking our course, you can be licensed as a Michigan Residential Builder and begin your new career path!
